The free Radar, Kit and account are open to everyone, including private individuals, families and associations.
Free account. The account is free and lets you save your profile and the calls you find in the Radar. It shows information taken from official public sources on the day it is saved and does not check whether you are eligible: the official call is the only reference. You can delete the account at any time from the account page. We may change or discontinue the free account with notice on this website.

ORTHYNE reads public notices from official sources and shows them in the Radar, the Kit and your account; the AI assistant answers questions using these sources. Answers generated with AI are aids to save reading time: they can be incomplete or wrong. Always check the official notice and its documents before deciding to apply or bid. ORTHYNE does not promise any outcome in any tender or call.
Account limits. The free account includes up to 25 saved opportunities and questions without a fixed daily quota (20 a month) to the AI assistant. Limits are applied automatically: AI questions start again the next day or month, and saved opportunities can be freed by removing some. There are no charges.
ORTHYNE Connect lets signed-in members publish posts, photos and videos, comment, react, follow, save, share, send messages to members who follow each other, block and report other members. Connect is for people aged 18 or over. You remain responsible for what you publish: share only lawful content and information you are entitled to publish, never personal data of other people, and treat other members with respect. We may restrict or remove any post that breaches these rules or the law and, in serious or repeated cases, suspend access to Connect. Posts are visible to signed-in members. When you publish you can also choose, post by post, to show a post to visitors without an account: it is then visible to anyone on orthyne.com together with your display name and profile type, and you can switch it back to members only at any time; comments, follows, messages and profiles are visible to signed-in members only. Posts are not an offer, advice or a guarantee of any opportunity: always check the official source. Publish only content you have the rights to, including music and the people who appear in photos and videos. You can edit or delete your own posts and delete your account at any time.
No payments are processed on orthyne.com at this time: the service described in these terms is free.
You can delete your account at any time from the account page; your data are deleted as described in the privacy notice.
The service is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law, ORTHYNE is not liable for missed tenders, errors or omissions in summaries, scores or source data, or for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms limits liability for wilful misconduct or gross negligence, or the rights that consumers have under mandatory law.
Notice data comes from TED and is reused under the terms of its publisher. ORTHYNE is not affiliated with or endorsed by the EU Publications Office.
We may update these terms. Changes are announced by email to account holders at least 30 days before they apply; you can delete your account before that date.
These terms are governed by Italian law. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory rules of the country where you live and you can bring proceedings in the courts of that country. In all other cases the courts of Verona, Italy, have jurisdiction.
